Well, you could set the group up now, and just allow people into the group if they 'pass the test', by doing it through PM, then the foundation would be deployed quickly. Just a thought.
By foundation, I mean I want to form the identity of this Group. Have we been effective the past few days? Should we spread from the Intro forum to other sub forums?
That stuff. If the mods feel we should go to some forum, and stay out of other ones: then we are done identifying ourself.
I also want to make a signature for those who help out this group.
