Sorry i didnt reply earlier. I just noticed u asked me a question. Anyway yes OVH is located out of the United States. They are a huge company that sells servers, but only to people in certain countries. U can however pick one up from an Ovh re-seller and thats what i had to do since i live in the U.S.

I use them for torrenting only, but they can be used for other stuff like hosting a website, etc.. It depends how much the price is. If u can buy from them directly u can get a cheap server with 100mbit connection for i think 34 euro's plus setup fee's. If u buy from a re-seller that same cheap server is anywhere from $70-$100. Im not 100% sure and thats just a ballpark figure and it depends on the re-seller. I got 1 for $69 and the other for $65. The only thing is u have to set them up yourself, which can be complicated for some including me. They are definitely worth looking into though and worth every penny. Just watch cause there addicting.
