Cowboy Bebop! Piano Black is one of my favorite non-vocal tracks of all time.

From the latest films that I watched the best soundtrack was in Rock'n'Rolla.The one though that I think that really fits into the movie is the soundtrack of the Lord of the Rings.
First good soundtrack, that came to my mind is from movie The Fountain
