I'm not sure If it really counts as rap, but anything by why? is super good (try the whole of oaklandazylum).
For more traditional rap I love Sage Francis (also on the anticon label), particularly the live album, great stuff.
Also the mix tape about nothing by Wale is incredible, nick catchdubs does great beats, and the lyrics are sooooo good, the Kramer is one of the most genuinely intelligent rap songs i've heard in a while
