i still think it's not necessary for mobiles to have cameras that keep getting more advanced , i don't think that people take there phone out for a day of photography , i think cameras on phones are used more for just taking that picture of something you happen to think is cool and send along to your buddies and for that you don't need bla bla mp's to do that...

3mp camera on a phone is enough.
