Thread: The worst computer virus u got infected with...??

Kido sucked.
I had a flock of bird viruses (greybird.exe, blackbird.exe, etc.) that was impossible to get rid of it. It slowly took away my ability to do anything. First some programs wouldn't work. Then I couldn't even use Run. Then even ctrl+alt+delete didn't do anything. Browsers wouldn't come up anymore.. Sucked.

My least favorite of all was the fucking 'You are an idiot' virus.
Not just the little box that moved around and multiplied when you tried to click it.
Ctrl+Alt+Delete prompted a box that said "You are an idiot." Every program or even every time you rick clicked, you got the same prompt. Random folders labeled porn appeared and had text files saying you are an idiot.

i dont kno wat its called but it fried up my hard drive then my pc never turn on anymore had to buy a new one lol

I get spyware or trojans it seems every year, but no real bad viruses. Although I have had to restore my system twice, the best defense I have found is to keep your windows updates and window defender updates on time.

Pfff.. viruses, lol. The only thing I ever got was some crappy spyware on my very first laptop that was a real b..ch removing, but that's about it. My desktop has no antivirus atm; I just use common sense. :)

me too had a newfolder.exe virus, but it was harmless though

Mine was some sort of virus that infected all the non system exe files on my pc. I couldn't open any application.

I once got Spyware Guard on my other computer...I had to wipe the computer to get rid of that thing. I found it very ironic that a virus would masquerade as an anti-spyware program.

I don't remember ever getting infected with a virus. Might be because I'm REALLY paranoid and scan every possible file I download
