Never had one; I'm careful.
I accidentally infected myself... don't ask. *hint* batch files (probably doesn't count haha)
vista antivirus 2008 I believe it was called.
I got Total Video Converter from btjunkie and the run file had vista antivirus in it and it screwed up my whole computer. Registry went insane, couldn't connect to the internet, it kept changing my background, gave me all these popups saying I had a virus, and it was so hard to get rid of.
I used Kaspersky, spyware doctor, and this other program I don't even remember the name of and finally got rid of it but the lasting affects forced me to reformat. I couldn't connect to the internet anymore and a bunch of my registry was screwed with.
ughghgh, it was the most annoying thing I've ever experienced.

The worst virus that ever existed, in my opinion is One Half. It copies itself into a sector on the hard disk and moves itself to another sector if you try to delete it or even format the hard drive !! The only way to get rif of it is to do a LOW LEVEL FORMAT of the HDD.
and the funny thing is, it was developed at my University![]()
I switched to vista because of viruses. Its suppose to be better. Plus I installed a Virus scan suite. So far so good. I have to say yes everytime I click almost, but better than having to reinstall every few months.
The Miley Cyrus virus... it kept playing a song of hers on a loop full blast from my speakers.
