I've gotten a few viruses - mainly due to my own stupidity. Like I will see an unsafe link, but I click it anyway. But, I've never experienced a virus that I couldn't manually get rid of with a little Google help.

I had one once (don't no the name anymore) that kept spaming random people out of my msn-list (without me knowing this)..
That was really irritating, cause noone was responding to me anymore when i had something to tell by myself. Bleh. Reaaallly annoying!

I haven't been infected with a virus, but I have had my own variable addressing loop assembly program backfire on me, wiping my RAM, crashing my OS and leaving my Ext2 partition full of corrupt data. The joy of infinite loops and incrementing address assignment... =)

Lol, the blade of a sword usually has two edges. :)

Anyway, I didn't knew it was called "incrementing address assignment". Also had it a few years ago, 100% "cleanable" :)

The worst so-called-virus was actually not a virus but a .VBS file ( VBScript, where by editing it you can change value and other shit, I'm not really into this ) the only thing it did was to restart or shut down you computer. Kinda' lame but NEVER double-click one, you could get across a not so lame one. :)

    Regards.
