Put down the tracker please and of course - the genre.
For me - torrentech (tT), elektronik, vipmusic, trancetraffic (TT), scenesound, tribalmixes - the best tracker for house & techno music.

i use PTM, STM, and Filemp3 for music. mostly metal or hardcore and some hard rock. PTM addes more than the other 2 and pretimes are pretty quick. im sure there are better than these out there i just havent found any yet. i know SCC has as awesome music section. and im also curious about what.cd and waffles. im mainly looking for sites that get group releases with fast pre times. any suggestions

I use STM, it's helpful, I heard that TT is very good music tracker, unfortunately I'm not a member, but for now, I'm counting on STM :)
I know that TT = trancetraffic but what does these mean : PTM, STM?
stm = stmusic?
Try out these :
anvilofsound, satclubbing, soundarea, bitmusic, musicplace, vipmusic
:) that is all from me for now :)
Trance -> TranceTraffic (TT) & Elektronik
Metal -> Romanian Metal Torrents (RMT)
General Music -> What.cd & Waffles.fm
General Music (with good speeds) -> STMusic (STM)
Loosless Music -> Pedro's & E****
this is my opinion even if i dont have tt, elek and loosless
