I like Xs energy drinks,
They use be Vitamins as their major source of energy,
They have zero sugar, zero carb, and caffeine levels of a cup of coffee....

I normally do not prefer energy drinks,
but do have a few cans a day of redbull during exams and such,
otherwise i think if you use them daily they can harm your body.
Apple or other fruit juice is a great energy drink! :)
I didn't like them till I had th original Red Bull in Thailand. Only 150mg, but damn!
I used to drink lots of them two years ago but then I stopped. My favourite ones were Red Bull and Shark.

I would have the odd Boost energy drink, 55p a tin![]()
My home brewed recipe:
Water
A bit of organic sea salt
A bit of pure ascorbic acid
A tiny bit of citric acid
A bit of stevia
A bit of kelp
I sometimes also mix the following: coconut milk, cut grapes, dry green tea leaves, dry coffee.
That's a recipe for an energy drink for long workouts (more then an hour).
I'm still trying to perfect it so any suggestions are welcomed.
I drink energy drinks very rarely, but if i drink i would drink Battery. Taste isn't really good and there is lot of sugar and others not so good ingredients. sugarfree energydrinks i wouldn't never drink :s
