ok course the one how has games
I want 3G and a good looking phone.. The rest aint so inportant, and can be solved in another way! :)
for me a phone has to be very slim without sharp edges or protrusions(antenna), needs to play music, and now must have a qwerty keyboard. :P
camera and apps
slick design, smooth touch screen, highly modifiable, tethering, fast internet connection, decent viewing size (screen), qwerty keyboard is optional.
I easily go over 3000 txts a month so having a good txting phone is a must.
I look for
-an easy to use menu/interface
-a QWERTY keyboard or easy to text
-a good service provider, with good service.
I have verizon wireless right now, nothing but satisfied with it.
Cheap, good service. Anything else is just a bonus.
First battery life.

4.reliabilty and speed.'no freezing'
Basically there are two considerations, price and toughness. I am not kind to my phones, they get dropped on the floor at gigs/clubs, left outside in the rain overnight, put in the washing machine, kicked, thrown etc. so the phone needs to be tough to withstand this, and cheap so that when (not if) it breaks I dont care.
