Are those the benefits of body building, or weight training because I've been doing the latter for close to two years now.
Body building is fantastic for your health but you must not forget you need the rest of your lifestyle to be a healthy one to for the body building to be of greater benefit. Walking/running, eating healthy food and staying away from 'junk' as much as you can combined with body building would be ideal .
