tried that with my 5300...cldn't do it as it required manual unlocking...thankfully t-mobile did it for free so didn't need to bother
pretty sure LG Dare can't be unlocked tho...either way i'm not trying it on a 200 bucks phone!
I use world codes calculator for unlocking phones...

Never used an unlocking software. I got my phone unlocked while buying for no extra cost.
Yeah, the last phone I bought was unlocked for free also........
I think a lo of newer phones are preunlocked now, so unlocking isn't needed.
I use Blutooth Hack for all my needs just to do anything I want with any near by phone :D also comes with it an Unlocker that can just crack up any kind of phone supported by it..
Backtrack comes with some amazing malicious bluetooth applications like bluesnarf & redfang. Great fun to use against phonebooks & SMSs. I have never seen a wireless sim network unlocker though... I'll Google it... =)
