Thread: Stanford University Online Courses

I'm not sure how many of you this will interest but I'm sure alot of you could find benefit.

The University of Stanford are running 3 free online courses focused around technology. This isn't just them posting up the lectures/old exams/solutions, they have designed it like your actually taking a proper class, with weekly lectures, homework assignments, and exams.

They start in a couple of days, so you don't have much time left to enrol. The courses end just before Christmas.

I've signed up to the database and machine learning courses. Turns out I've been using machine learning all along in my code without realizing. And hopefully this will increase my chances of getting into university next year. Feel free to hit me up if you have any questions

If the idea of doing homework and keeping up with doesn't appeal to you, you can choose to do the 'basic' course. You will still get access to the content but you don't do exams or homework. If your doing the Advanced method you will get a certificate of completion at the end of it.
