Best way to reduce fat is running. And I don't mean running on a treadmill for 2 hours a day.
Sprinting 100m and 200m 3-5 times every second day is the way to go. While jogging on treadmills only speed up your metabolism for the time your running, sprinting supercharges it for days at a time.
And when you're sprinting, it doesn't matter how fast you run, just that you run your hardest.
you can´t reduce only belly fat...
-low carb 50gramm > The less the better
-yes - it´s ugly but cardio is effective... (90 minutes slow speed every day)
-eat much protein and fat, much meat and a bit rice. (chicken / turk / milk etc..)
