    Default Best Laptop Vendor?

Ok, I'm gonna get a laptop soon and i want to know which would be the best. I want something at a pretty low price, but it has the essentials to run Vista pretty fast.

    Any suggestions?

I recommend Dell. A few months ago I bought a new tower and wanted to get something new, but super cheap since I just need it for testing websites in different PC browsers. After doing some pricing on Dell's website it would have come to about $550 after shipping.

I ended up searching eBay and found one that was only two months old and barely used and paid only $275. So be sure to check eBay as well.

There are a tons of companies that sell god ones. What is your price range and what do you do on the computer that you want the performance for?

Do not get an Acer! I have five friends that each have an Acer laptop and they all at some stage have had to get it repaired. Dell is a good bet.

Yeah, I'd say dell if your not looking for anything spectacular out of your pc. There are a lot more companies that sell laptops that have the more powerful hardware if you are looking to use it for any large graphic design or gaming.

    i would suggest lenovo.
they're typically used in the business world and are very well made.
i know 3 people that have had theirs for a year and are very satisfied with them.
    they are also cheap.
