I got 50% rating for DELL.. firstly I bought VOSTRO 1500 which satisfied me and then I bought Inspiron on which they promised me XP downgrade possible but at the end I foudn out that it only works with Vista :(

ive always had good luck and great customer service from HP. had a toshiba laptop and motherboard crapped out a week after the 1 year warranty ran out
Dell--Though take Complete Guarantee.The guarantee which they offer by default is Limited Guarantee.
The quality is above average,though I have few question marks on their service.Sometimes, they offer exceptional service and some other times terrible service.

I don't know about that, i've had alot of issues with dell computers
