I think it's hdbits.ro, a year ago..
My first was TorrentBits in 2004... The mother of all trackers I guess, long before they added invite systems and all that. A lot of sites are still using (parts of) the core code from that original site. That is why a lot of the private trackers have the same look and feel.
My first account was Filelist.ro 1 year and 2 months ago .. :)
I think that my first private tracker was BTuga, now known as BTNext.

i started with mininovabut after that i turned to scenefz.net and it has a good speed but the pre time is not that good
