    Obviously pay off my debt (school loans and mortgage), get two new cars (one for the wife and myself), take a nice vacation, inset what is left.

    I consider $1 million to be a lot but not enough to really quit my job or start buying gifts left or right.

    I would probably invest 75% and spend $250k on my mortgage and other family members mortgages

    I would apply for a university in Sweden, rent a flat near the university and spend the rest on real estate in Munich. Maybe the best thing you can do atm to store money.
