    Default Benefits of exercise.

    Exercise is important for our health and has lot of benefits.

    1. Provides energy.
    2. Prevents us from many diseases.
    3. Keeps us fit and smart and we can maintain weight.
    4. Controls blood pressure.
    5.Gives potential to do lot of work in a day.
    6. Makes us healthy and active all the time.

    So we should do exercise regularly.

    Physical activity prevent you from diseases, help in weight losand weight managment and better sleep.
    Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. Regular physical activity
    can even help prevent depression and high blood pressure. Exercise help in burn calories. The more intense the workout,
    the more calories you burn, and make easier to keep your weight under control.

    Yes but they dont miracle's without diet.

    So while I think this kind of a bogus thread, my experience has been that you need a combination of exercise, weight lifting and diet to attain the stature you are looking for.

    Everybody knows that it's good for you to exercise but most people are just to lazy to do it anyway. Look at the overweight problems in America for example.

    Regular exercise, both aerobic and anarobic, help stabilize blood sugars and decrease insulin resistance. Beneficial for both us diabetics and non-diabetics.

    I keep telling people to be highly patient to see noticeable results. And don't compare yourself with other persons. They might be fit enough to start off quickly with high-impact exercises. But you need to wait for some time before your trainer permits you to do so. Once you show the courage to get enrolled in a gym, you come on the way to become the "Biggest Winner'.

    There are so many benefits of "regular" exercise and conscious eating habits but most don't understand what is meant by "regular." If you truly know what this means then no explanation is required. It means knowing your own body and the proper macro nutrient ratio's needed for maintenance accompanied by an active lifestyle. Put simply, if you're not exercising at all or at all watching what you eat it's easy to learn what changes you need to make but only a complete lifestyle change will allow you to reap the benefits of exercise. "Lifestyle change" meaning a change right now until the day you die. This isn't easy, which is why modern diet gimmicks always fail. The formula for success is nothing new and has been known for ages. It just isn't something you can have without a total lifestyle change.

    sadly my only excercise comes around softball season and the occasional golf round. im not fat (yet), just incredibly lazy. my metabolism maintains my figure for now but that too shall pass. its just the gym and the people at the gym that keep me away.
