Most of those tips sound amazing on paper (and onscreen), but dont have much practical value. For example,
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like beggar.
There has been no evidence to show that eating a healthier breakfast, and a lighter dinner has any health benefits at all. Infact, new studies show that eating 6 equally divided meals throughout the day is more beneficial for metabolism, and even more recent evidence shows three equal sized meals a day is perfectly fine as well.
4. Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
I doubt there is anyone in this world that does not want to live with those three Es, but the problem is how to live like that. It's pretty much the same example as telling as telling a football player before a game, 'Play Good' , and it sounds good at the time, but it will probably not help him in actually doing anything.

May I ask why? You could have said make goals for your self and try to achieve them, but daydreaming? I'm sure plenty of the world is good at that.
22. Realize that life is a school and we are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons we learn will last a lifetime.
The problem is, most of us spend too much time just learning lessons, and too less time actually putting those lessons to use. We only get one shot at life, we have to get it right the first time.
I am not trying to rip your post mate, but I'm just saying that most of those points seem fine and dandy when written down, but when real life stares at you in the face, you will just be taking your natural approach on things.
