Thread: What Would you Preffer having - PS3 or Xbox360?

It really depends on what you want to do with the machine.

The 360 is an affordable console which can be easily modded and can be used as a flexible home entertainment system.

The PS3 isn't moddable but provides a blu-ray playback.

Personally I'd go for the 360, but that's based on price and flexibility

I'd go for the xbox 360 leet :D

even though it's 100 $ more expensive but it's damn worth it.
the one thing that'd make me buy a 360 would be that it can be modded.

Ps3 will be modded soon aswell. Just give ti sometime

For me it would be xbox360--it can be modded and it's cheap

But if i was rich to be able to buy all the games and the bluray movies then it would definetly be PS3

modding a ps3 would be pointless,
you'd require a blu-ray encrypter which is damn expensive where I'm from, it costs almost as much as a PS3.

For money save i would chose Xbox360 because of the dvd games.
I know this is a bit offtopic but, have anyone thought about a Nintendo WII? Cheap, Cheap and easy to modd, dvd games, compatibiliti with gamecube, homebrew channels with lots of emulators, fantastic a new way of playing. I love it. it as change the way i enjoyed and look at driving, shooting and flying games.

360.. not many PS3 games I'm interested in playing.

Depends PS3 for free online and MGS4
or 360 For wide variety of good games but alot of extras to buy

ps3 all the way...was never a fan of xbox
