I generally stick with newegg but sometimes the local bestbuy stores actually have a decent price.

dabs.com or ebuyer.com - sometimes I get stuff through Amazon.co.uk as they just happen to be cheaper.

No matter where you go you'll pay VAT though. That's tax for you folks

    Newegg ftw.

I always check froogle (google product search) and eBay for the best price before ordering though.

Also, costco is a good place to buy electronics from because of their warranty.

For cables, I use firefold and monoprice.

I love Amazon, and I have prime membership. Now it even comes with Amazon instant video and it makes it even better. I also use eBay, Buy.com, and NewEgg is probably one of the best for computer hardware. Pair that with rebate sites like MrRebates or Fatwallet and save even more money!

And what about dealextreme.com? Also, in Amazon if you are lucky you can get electronic stuff with a big discount (30%, 50% or so...) and the postage is free

haha yes! dealextreme is awesome for random stuff but don't buy here if you are looking for top quality.. some things are hit and miss and most things are cheap chinese knockoffs so i'd be wary about buying and real electronics off there. ive bought several things and always being mildly pleased tho... check out their rare earth magnets! u will never find stronger magnets for cheaper i bet!

online - newegg, tigerdirect, buy.com, (slickdeals.net and hot-deals.net if you arent looking for anything in particular, just any electronics on sale that day)
stores- bay area california - VIDEO ONLY is the best electronics store in my opinion. they are small but the customer support and customer experience is exceptional. they have high quality gear and will price match. you just cant beat their service - otherwise frys - best buy is only good if item is on sale otherwise the markup is usually crazy
