There's so much promise for Mass Effect 3, let's hope it gets the love from creators it deserves and have a fitting ending of that storyline.

Yeah it's a great game with terrific depth, and the best part is importing the old saves from older ME games..

meh- the first one was enjoyable but I just can't see myself wanting more... I'm pretty satisfied with what I got.

That and- I can't stand the 'date me' shit. It seems like that's the FOCUS of the game rather than being a background/enhancement. I was impressed with the system in KOTOR II, it unlocked new cool dialogue options and that was pretty much it.

But the story felt like it developed on its own and the choices you made peripherally affected your crew based on their worldview, which is what I liked. In Mass Effect it feels like the missions are devised to set you up for making these huge decisions that are keyed towards one member in specific, and imo it makes the game feel choppy at times.

I felt the same about DA:O, and these are two games that I think I could REALLY enjoy were there more focus on the story/continuity and less focus on "we maek u maek choisez lolololol"
