Ok so I've recently been informed about this site:

From what i can gather they buy the game in russia where it is dirt cheap, and use a workaround to make the game english. Has anyone done this sort of thing before? Does it work/is it safe?

Ok so i've learned (not by my own hand, from what others are saying) that these keys don't work in australia. Apparently they have been tested in south america and europe to be ok. No word on north america.
