Thread: How much time did you spend in the arcade as a child?

I was always a hardcore gamer, even when I was a little kid.
I remember the first time I went to the arcade, I was 5 years old. It turns out that the arcade was a cheap alternative as opposed to a babysitter.
All that was needed was a handful of quarters.

I remember those days. I would spend between $10 or $20 on each trip and would play from 1 to 4 hours at a time. The games I most played were the Skill Cranes, Pinball, Galaga, Donkey Kong, Ms PacMan, Pole Positon, Double Dragon, NBA Jam, Off Road, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat and alot more....I spent most my childhood in the arcade:laugh: I would like to see how much $$$ I have blew at the arcades

usally not very much....gaming in INDIA is still at its nascent stages......though video game parlours were there but cost prohibition as well as rarity of existence both took a toll in gaming industry......

I didnt spend much time cause my parents forbid it :) but hell double draogn was the legend :)

I probly started going when I was 6. Loved it

I started with ps1 when i was 9, a spended a lot...all my cash :D :D

Very few times, Arcade sucks, you lose your money sooooo fast.
