Thoughts of Kinect and Xbox 360 Slim
What are your thoughts on Kinect and the new 360 coming very soon, I will definitely get Kinect but i might get the slim xbox later on because i dont reallly need it just yet since the Xbox elite is still great
I do not think Micro$oft hit it out the ballpark with the new system what I found awesome was the Kinect now that looks cool looks like it will keep you in shape would really be excited if you could play COD w/ it though

I'm a PS3 owner myself, but I think that the new Xbox really looks sleek. One of the things that made me desire to buy a PS3 was it's great looks. Thinking now if I had to make the same decision I wouldn't so readily run to the PS shelf.
Xbox should have came out with this 2 years ago because that kinect is like 200$ by itself, honestly i will not buy any microsoft hardware ever again when my 360 got the rrod 5 times in one year and microsoft only "fixed it" and did not replace it with a new system.
so i wentto sonys ps3 and have not been let down yet
The new 360 is cool looking no doubt, but I can't see a reason to get it. This is really for the super "1337" gamers or the people who were still looking into getting one for the first time. I've had my 360 for a little bit over a year now and I really can't see any reason to get this.
When there is more than just Wireless/Larger HDD i'll think about upgrading. Until then i'm happy with what i've got.
I'm a huge baseball fan, so I'd love to see a baseball video game with true to life swing/pitching.
I hope between both Xbox 360 and PS3 coming out with motion controls one will be able to get it right.
From the E3 videos I've seen the Kinect looks pretty damn cool!! (Also that tiger in the video is cute lol)
I'm fairly impressed by it. I mean, whisper quiet is awesome. All it needs is a bluray player, and it'll be as good as the PS3. And maybe a better dashboard.. .

Theres not much new except for that now its fans are good and it overheats less. All other "new" features are old, showing up in the PS2 years ago.
I would have gotten this, but $300 is way too much. Maybe $200 and I would have gotten it.
i dont see the point in wasteing money on the new slim 360 when the 720 is getting released next year all the new 360 slim has is buildt in wifi if im correct but giv u my due it does look smart
After the comment made by EA, that the new kinekt system by microsoft isn't impressing them, especially when it comes to sports games, i am rather skeptical about it. Won't rush into buying it, but will wait and see how it works in real life.
Probably will just save funds and buy the 720 straight away :)
