I'd install sxe-injected with my counter strike 1.6, it would either simply refuse to detect it or sometimes the game crashes, what should i do?
Buy steam, all matter will be gone!
but there's no steam server on which i can play without lag
People still play counter strike? I mean, it was good, but you can only play it so many times......
I have not logged into steam in years!!!
I am going to try maybe later to see if anybody still plays. I would be surprised.
A lot of people still play Counter strike even though it's old it's one of the most played internet games. Steam FTW.
Try the usual:
-Right click and click 'Run as Administrator'
-Turn off Windows UAC
-Right click the program, click properties, and go to the compatibility tab and try an older version of Windows.
I'm not sure why you are having lag problems on Steam. There are no "Steam servers". There are dedicated boxes around the world. Just sort the server list by ping/latency and go to the ones that are the lowest.
