    Default Status toggle when flashing using USB wont go to 0x73?

    Hey I am trying to flash my Phillips VAD6038. I have done everything and when I am in the command prompt it tells me to shut off 360 turn on (0x51 and 0xD1 toggle) but when I turn it back on instead of going to 0x73 it toggles 0x51 and 0xD1 again? Any help?
