Thread: Anyone else play some borderlands?

Man, I've been hooked on this game since I bought it. Online system is trash, but Gameranger fixes it to an extent. It's just so fun.

to be abosutely honest.....i find this game a little boring.....

im not exactly enthusiastic about it either i killed the first boss and mw2 ever since, nearly 100% complete

I've been thinking of getting it, but it seems pretty repetitive. From what I understand, you go on RPG-like quests, is this right? And if so, how varied are they?

Yea, I was really excited about this game and once I got it. I dropped like 3 hours into it and lost interest. I am currently playing Dragon Age: Origin. (I know they are different game types, but that's why I am not playing borderlands anymore.) XD

i have the razor1911 version, but i haven't installed it yet. been too busy torrenting. heh.

The quests, aren't very varied tbh.

I personally find the game loads of fun, but it may be because I was a Diablo Junkie, and a WoW player in the past, and this game has sucked like 40 hours out of my life.

I got pretty into it the first few days after it was out. even though I kept getting an error that would randomly (seriously, completely randomly) drop me out of the game. sometimes after 30 seconds, sometimes after 3 hours.

I got tired of that and 3 weeks after it came out, still no patch to fix it. there was a post on their forums on gearbox about it with thousands of replies, so it wasn't just a corrupt file I downloaded, but people who bought the game having the same issue also.

yes, and i love rpg layout and ideas of equiptment with FPS.
