Thread: Would you/Have you ever bought anything from the Avatar Marketplace?

Lets face it - we all knew it was only a matter of time before Microsoft decided to bring out a "Marketplace" for your Avatar. My question is how many of you are willing to actually part with your hard earned cash to dress up your created avatar?

This seems like a great money spinner for Microsoft, seems the "clothes" will take minimum effort in hardly any time...and they can then sell them at great profits. I'm not about to start preaching about "HOW DARE MICROSOFT CHARGE US FOR CLOTHES!" etc - thats boring...bottom line is Microsoft is a business that sets out to make money, simple as that, and noone is forcing you to buy them.

Personally, i dont think i'd ever be tempted to part with my money to dress a little character that i hardly ever look at anyway.

Ironically tho, i was rather tempted when i saw the Lightsaber...until i saw the price, then i was back at sqaure one!

i didnt even know they did this...who cares about avatars, i just use my 360 to play games

I'm with dormat on this one. Buying things for an avatar is like setting money on fire.

No and I'm not planning to do this in near future. There's a lot of better ways of spending money. Buying clothes for avatar? yy....

I think this trick is useless. Its like throwing our money and that for good knows what avtar. But really some samll childeres and the persons who have lot of money and who are really intersted in them can make up all these things. But for a normal person like me its totally useless and i will never involve myself in such things. Bill gates wifes spends money in charity and bill gates try to make money in every thing. Good job of taking money from the rich and giving it to the poor ones. Keep it up but i dont have excess of money
