Default How to use MKV2VOB w/ subtitles on PS3?

I've been using MKV2VOB a lot lately to convert .MKV files to .MP4/MPEG-TS files so they can play on my PS3. I no longer stream my movies use PS3MediaServer because of my wireless connection. So now I just use my USB drive and plug it into my PS3.

I have a few questions. The PS3 is limited to only being able to read 4GB at a time, so if my movie is 8GB I have to split it. I downloaded "The Debt" which has subtitles included in a .RAR file.

How can I split this movie, include the subtitles and put it all onto my USB drive?
