Thread: Dead Island?

Everyone seems to be split down the middle on this game. What do you guys think?



So far I'm loving every minute of it. It's so different from the other games out there. I'll be the first to admit that I'ma huge zombie lover but damn if this game isn't fun to play. I love the melee combat. The only thing I wish is that they made it easier to pick things up....instead of clicking x every time I wish they gave you the option to hold x and collect everything nearby (like Borderlands).

i don't really like it to be honest but that is just me lol, a bit too full on,
i am glad you are enjoying it and the graphics seem great:)
the games these days seem to be getting better and better which is fantastic

I've been real curious about this one, loved L4D and all the Resident Evil games. I'm a bit of a zombie nerd. Due to reviews though, I think I'll wait until the price drops to $30 or so before I pick it up.

GameSpot's Review looks sceptical about the game,
it's not as good as L4D franchise.
I'm not really a fan of zombie games tbh, so i might just pass this..
I have already downloaded it though so might give it a run..
