Thread: The new Mass Effect crack is a trojan!!!!

Theres a Vitality crack going around (amongst other things) which have a malware called "Virtumonde" with it. This little puppy will install a rootkit, BHO's and lots of other really nasty ~love~ (that in turn will hijack your system BIG time).

My advice is wait this one out guys, Virtumonde is only detected by 50% (at best) virus killers and once it gets on your system you can kiss your current install goodbye (unless you're extremly gifted in repair this sort of thing, and even then its a ~censored~).



If you've run the vitality crack then I'm afraid you will find your system might well be screwed.

thank god i did not dl it..i feel sorry for those who got infected =(

i got a virus so bad even after i cleaned it out completely i had to reinstall. pissed me off :/

especially since ive removed every single virus effortlessly for the past 6 years or so...

That's really nasty, hopefully most sites will be taking it down.

Glad I was having trouble with my connection when I was trying to download the game. That sucks that it was that bad though.
