So umm XD Sorry to be the bringer of bad news XD
You didn't put your username at the end of each link like instructed which made it sorta difficult to track but...
The bad news is only http://peerfly.com/x/0/2545/35090/ converted for you and only once. I think it may have to do with cookies or ips. So they tracked you and basically only one registered.
If you wanna use multiple emails your gonna have to clear cookies and change ip every time.

with my username at the end, changed the proxy, used a real email and cleared my cookies (by private browsing)
sooo did it work? :D
Also, I DID put my username at the end of each link before.. I highlighted then copied the link and added my username so it ended up like this:
