The bigest problem is this cellphone number, it must be valid or what, every time i try they ask for it again.
EDIT: Looks like that wven when i do use a valid number they ask for it again.
EDIT2: WOW! a lot of surveys and at he end i have a bad request error from almost all of them.

For you guys who are new to survey's and don't know what info to put I suggest this website for the address, phone e.t.c. Generate a Random Name - Fake Name Generator and for the proxy's I'd use this website to find one http://proxy.org/ for an example.

You are to create a thread with the ones that you did. In this section. Make sure you reread the first post I have added the method to allow me to track your completeds.
Basically you need to add your username to the end of the link.
As for those having trouble I will try to find ones without the need for mobile phone input.
Could someone compile a list of those that simply require a zipcode?
