Reason : I have some tracker to buffer ( CHDBits, HDBits.ro, TorrentDamage, LzTr, BitMeTv, The X, ThePlace and others ); my upload speed is very poor and i don't have enough money to rent a seedbox atm.

I'd like to apply for the seedbox for i didnt have a seedbox, i've got the lower available residential connection available in my area, and it's just not enough to seed to sites such as Whatcd and Quorks , which are more difficult to seed to than others.This would be a good chance to increase some buffers!thanks a lot in advance for this fantastic gift!

I'm applying for this for 2 reasons:
1. I have a slow upload speed, Which can't keep up very well on alot of trackers.
2. I've recently been invited to a couple of new trackers that I'd like to get promoted on, Which would lead to me earning invites to give back to T-I.
