My upload speed is pretty low, and the place i live in doesn't support the NGN network so we can't upgrade the upload speeed.
Low upload speed causes me to fail seeding back and my ratio is dropping to 0.3 best, if the tracker doesn't have any freeleech im pretty stuck with a warning in the tracker.
It hasn't happend yet, tough, because im choosing the files carefully. Very carefully.
