Biohost , I'm looking for a method to improve my ratio,I know my upload is slow ,my country has limited our upload speed,that makes me feel angry but I have no way to deal with it
My SDBits' ratio is too low as you can see :

I think this is for people with really crappy ratios to help them catch up :p It appears that you don't need another seedbox ;)

I would like to apply for this, thank you for offering it
I dont care if others see it, my ratio is terrible
Picture was taken today to pass the entrance exam
My upload speed is approx 30 kb/s as my ISP dont deem upload important. (compared to a dl speed of ~500-1000 kb/s
