I think x264 has not banned India. I saw it in a post made by metabolism.

Persons in the countries of Brazil, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia may not be able to sign up here.

I'm asking again, are u 100% sure? Sign-up ban mean that i will be auto-banned after i register right? And All-around ban means that all IP's from Romania are banned and i shouldn't be able to access those sites right?

Well I am a Romanian and I get the "Forbidden" message only when i try to access BTMusic and Lossless World. But I can access the main page of GFT, RevolutionTT, SCC and x264. So please check again if they have sign-up ban or they have banned only some providers. Because if we are only partial banned and i can access those sites i would like to req some invites.

scc banned entire Israel not just sign up all Israel members BANNED doesn't matter if you are an old member :(

I have spoken to an admin from What.cd and he has told me that Israel is only banned from taking the IRC interview, there is no ban from being invited, as he stated it:
"The person who invites you takes responsibility over you, and we trust our members to have good judgement"
So I would suggest changing Israel on What.cd to "IRC interview ban".
