cant ask for invites over IRC?

is Portugal banned from SCC ? its not on the list but i saw some ppl sayin that is

in revolutionTT only sign up is banned.

Pakistan is no longer banned on Blackcat-games. Atleast accounts from Pakistan with the hitherto banned IPs, PTCL IPs, can now be used. they were, i beleive, never deleted . dont know about sign ups ban though.

Anyone from Pakistan with accounts on Blackcat-games should login now.

i dont have an official announcement regarding that but still it is true.
