    Hello my friends,

Alright so this is a large subject:

Have you watched the Zeitgeist (as until today) trilogy?

What is the subject of the recently premiered one ("Moving Forward")?

What is your opinion/ideas about it all - ie. is it realistic or pure fiction/drama?

LET ME HEAR YOUR THOUGHTS REGARDING THIS MATTER, it is very interesting and relevant for everybody ( the status of our society)

Bless you all in the name of love & peace

    Big up T-I sharers!

I watched 2 first movies (I believe). It was a nice exercise for a brain. Basically what it all consists of is a) false quoting (says "like it is written <somewhere> ...." while nothing about the matter is really written where they say). A common etiquette is to give page numbers when quoting stuff but they just don't. b) Taking things out of context and making statements without any arguments (best argument is "COME ON IT'S OBVIOUS").

I remember there's even a site that offers money to anyone who prooves any of Zeitgest's statements out of the giant list they have there.

yeah, your definitely highlighting something very important there. The documentaric part of the movie just vanished in to the air right there. But do you think that all the points that they make are purely false? Or do you believe that there is at least a gram of truth to it?

It might seem that the makers of this movie may conclude too much on their empirical data, but don't you agree that your intuition tells you that there are something interesting and curios about these matters? my mind is craving something more than what these couple of movies provide. more than movies using propaganda like means tries to sell a message.

Ofcoirse at least a part of their "message" might be valid but the only fact that they use such methods as false-quoting to deliver that message really puts me off.

As far as I remember the main thought of their film is that their is a shadow government that controls every "usual" government and is ruling only to get MOAR money (even though they are presented as they already have unlimited resouses). I don't think it can techncally be thruth: any big conspiracy is doomed to fail and the bigger it is, the faster it fails (due to obvious reason of a number of people involved). Secret documents are leaked from Pentagon in thousands and a shadow government exists with only Zeitgeist's authors realising it? Come on...

    P.S.

I think the bottom line message of the overall Zeitgeist Movement is not to conform to pre-mediated opinions, have a mind of your own, do your own research, question everything. That message in itself is a good one. The movies were an eye-opener but again, don't draw conclusions based on the film, draw your own conclusions for further reading into the topics.

watched only 1st one, i was really impressed about what i've seen, its hardly for me to dont believe in what they are talkin about. the massage of this movie is to open your eyes, ask questions, reasearch by yourself and just be individual

Whoa... Thank you for this thread Reloco. I didn't even know the third movie was released. I have watched both 1 and 2 and found it to be insightful and intriguing. I am purposely not reading the replies of this thread just yet. I will totally get back and give my thoughts.

I watched a little bit of one of the movies a few weeks ago on my iPhone (as I do all my documentaries). After about 40 minutes, I got bored and moved on to other things.

Ok I watched half of the first one and it tells of how we as a society are conditioned from birth to react certain ways to things. It then goes on to expose a flaw in the money system- that is that when you borrow money from a bank, they expect you to pay it back, plus interest. The interest is money that doesn't exist, it isn't currently in the money supply. Therefore more money must be printed in order to pay back interest, which in turn dilutes the value of the money, which leads inexplicably to inflation. This can only go on so long until it collapses, which is what we are currently seeing in America. It also points out we are living in a backwards economy, where everything has to eventually wear out in order to keep money cycling through the system.

That concept blew my mind so much that I had to turn the movie off and just think about that for awhile. I will be watching the second half soon- I believe it presents a new way to run the world that isn't based on money.
    Please download and watch this.

The first two movies were excellent. The first points out many things about 9/11 that I didn't know, even though i WAS a keen conspiracy theorist, and had looked into 9/11 extensively. the second one, Addendum, was a little dull, but expanded on the idea that the money system is flawed and unfair.

    End rant.
