    Default New World Order

A small group of international elites controls and manipulates governments, industry, and media organizations worldwide. The primary tool they use to dominate nations is the system of central banking. They are said to have funded and in some cases caused most of the major wars of the last 200 years, carry out false flag attacks to manipulate populations into supporting them, and they have a grip on the world economy, deliberately causing inflation and depressions at will. Operatives working for the New World Order are said to be placed in high positions in government and industry. The people behind the New World Order are thought to be international bankers, in particular the owners of the private banks in the Federal Reserve System and other central banks, and members of the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg Group. The New World Order is also said to control supranational and global organizations such as the European Union, United Nations, World Bank, International Monetary Fund and the proposed North American Union. The term gained popularity following its use in the early 1990s, first by President George H. W. Bush when he referred to his "dream of a New World Order" in his speech to the United States Congress on September 11, 1990, and second by David Rockefeller in a statement to the United Nations Business Council in September 1994, sometimes cited as evidence that the New World Order had a motive for carrying out the September 11, 2001 attacks:
"We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.]
The concept of this shadow government predates 1990; it is accused of being the same group of people who, among other things, created the Federal Reserve Act (1913), supported the Bolshevik Revolution (1917), and supported the rise of the Nazi Party in Germany, all for their own agenda. The World Bank and national central banks are said to be the tools of the New World Order; war generates massive profits for central banks because government spending (hence borrowing at interest from the central banks) increases dramatically in times of war. Many conspiracy theorists believe that Denver International Airport is the western U.S. headquarters of the New World Order, and a massive underground base and city is believed to exist underneath the airport. Reasons for this include the airport's unusually large size (larger than some major cities), distance from the Denver, Colorado city center, and the set of bizarre murals depicting burning cities, gas-mask wearing soldiers, girls in coffins, Masonic symbols and strange writing. It is believed that secret fleets of black helicopters are ready to take control when the New World Order is set up.

The term NWO is often misunderstood (especially with those who NEED an enemy, like most of the Alex Jones crowd and... well the very people they claim to be against! wtf! haha)

The NWO isn't a single group of people sitting in a dark room plotting evil schemes, as much as it is simply a tendency of behavior born out of our current environment of differential advantage.

Put another way: Our social environment & values currently encourage the tendency that is ascribed to the NWO. It's not as organized as Alex Jones will want you to believe; just a tendency with a relatively small number of people (with disproportionate access to resources) contributing to it. And yes, there are organizations that contribute to the tendency more than others (Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg, etc.)

To put it in clear terms, our current (and very much outdated) economic model is an offshoot of ancient aristocracy. A very old and frankly unintelligent world view based on ideas like some people are just "better" than others (such as those that exploit, hurt & kill to get more resources than they could ever use in 10 lifetimes), that "more for me less for you" is the only way to behave and at any cost (the insanity of this concept is proven today more than ever, just turn on the news), etc.

To understand these behaviors, we have to understand why they exist. These outdated ideas exist, more than anything, in response to the also very outdated perception (actually a provable falsehood) that "there isn't enough for everyone" so we have to fight over things to survive. FALSE

We haven't had to fight for resources for at least 60 years; we have the technological means today, if we want, to supply enough natural organic food for everyone without any money exchanging hands. Same for housing, quality of life concerns, gadgets, etc. Many people I meet have trouble imagining this because they are rooted in the old ideas.

As to the also outdated and provably false position that money provides needed "incentive... ponder why fact is true: the most powerful contributions to society did not come from people seeking profit. Louis Pasteur, Charles Darwin, the Wright brothers, Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton did not make their massive contributions to society because of material self interest. The assumption is that if people were not motivated by their need to obtain money, nothing would be invented and little social progress would be achieved. FALSE; our species greatest contributors were motivated by our most base & natural instinct to improve the species. Conversely, the pursuit of profit almost always comes before human concern.

Those people stuck in the old paradigm tend to get labeled with NWO (remember it is not a group, but a tendency), largely because they are misinformed and/or exhibit extremely anti-social or aberrant behavior (like war or profit --same thing); again, due to their environment (based on falsehoods).

And yes the issue of "not enough resources" was true for a while in our species history, which is why many people falsely equate the resultant behavior of such an environment (violence, selfishness, greed, etc.) with "human nature" when it is provably not... it is just behavior borne from our resource environment.

One thing is true with us humans; we adapt to our environment. We really are amazing creatures like that; something Darwin offered with his "survival of the fittest", which was NEVER referring to strength might or power BTW... "fittest" simply means "those most adaptable to change".

Such, if our environment encourages fighting over resources (which is all scarcity does, money is an extrapolated form of scarcity), then we tend to act selfishly & violently (NWO being a natural eventual and inevitable result of this).

Conversely, if we rather focus to build tools to provide abundance of the things we all need; clean food & water, relevant education, adequate housing, etc. all with compassion (and without exception to anyone), then we tend to behave kind, loving, and compassionate to each other. This is science fact, proven with (relatively) recent human behavioral science studies (fascinating!).

That is why the NWO tendency will ultimately fail... theirs pushes the inevitable conflict between "continued differential advantage" (like we have now) OR survival of the species. It is "either or" and theirs is suicide.

Also why the anti-NWO crowd miss the fucking point; this is not a "conflict" that must be "won"; at least not with "more conflict" (how would that work ever?). The NWO will only be dissolved with exceptional human compassion for our obviously wayward fellow human beings. You want to stop the NWO? Understand why they are that way, and offer compassionate solutions to help them with their aberrant anti-social behaviors. It is about re-enforcing common values.

Values for a sustainable new world civilization unlike any socio-economic system that has gone before. No less than a straightforward redesign of culture, in which the age-old inadequacies of war, poverty, hunger, debt, and unnecessary human suffering are viewed not only as avoidable, but totally unacceptable.

And the best part is, we can succeed in this, if we choose.

Because, in the most base form, the choice between the continued survival of our species and self-destruction, is simply a choice between love and fear.

    It really is just that.

I would suggest you read the tomato bubble, it discusses the new world order and how much damage it's caused to Europe and America.

    @Jailbroken
I've read Tomato Bubble, and it seems to me to offer no factual sources cited and more importantly no solutions; just a new boogyman presented with more fear-based scare-tactics, designed to incite more conflict (let's not forget the Donation button on every page).

How is that going to solve anything?

Did you even read my post?

I have read a lot about them before. What I read before their motives are so scary. They want to control everything.

The fact that NWo is not a group sitting in a conference room, but a mentality, a way of thinking or attitued, makes it much more dangerous. Greed, hunger for power, money and ambition, vanity, ignorance, stupidy -- these character flaws are much more difficult to change than it would be to arrest a group of plotters.

Yes, it is a mentality, but we must first understand why the mentality exists if we're to get beyond it. To start, try to understand that these are not even "character flaws" as you suggest... nor are the people who exhibit them innately "evil" that need to be "changed"...

No, these are people who are simply responding to a false & outdated social paradigm built out of scarcity, the notion of "more for me less for you", and rooted in differential advantage. A paradigm that encourages & rewards their harmful anti-social behavior, indeed one does not have compassion for fellow human beings (beyond self-serving lip service) as a core value.

To say, our scarcity environment DIRECTLY generates such people that could be labeled as NWO. Understanding that, you will soon come to realize, as others have, that we can eliminate their power of any such influence, if we want...

We need only to align ourselves with making efficacy & resource abundance the common value (to abolish scarcity for all practical concerns).

And know that today, we have the tools & means to generate resource abundance for all (without exception); all we need is the will of forward-thinking people like you (yes YOU) to prioritize "compassion for other members of our human family" above ALL else... especially compassion for those who do not possess the same and are still rooted in the old harmful paradigm (NWO for example).

Reasoning that without scarcity, they have no power (money = scarcity, the primary instrument of control) and once removed, such mentalities as theirs will die out in a generation or three.

Similar to how openly beating women was acceptable so many years ago (hard to imagine, but true), but is considered wholly unacceptable today... our common values changed and so thus did our species change. Really, such value shifts are the only effective means of social change, ever.

We can do this, it is our time... we are the ones we've been waiting for.

Default Is the New World Order not actually an old one?

Limitless resources on a limited planet with a finite diameter and volume is a contradiction in terms and proven wrong by pretty much all research into sustainability if we do not think of humans alone, but that's not the point in this context: what you are talking about is actually a rather old world order, whereas those who dream of a more "Star Trek" like society are promoting change and therefore a new one, don't they? ;)

Despite all that has been said before, there are of course very real cooperations of small interest groups that further the benefits of these small groups on the remaining 99%. The scientific approach to analyzing and explaining these mechanisms, which is actually pretty good at explaining real-existing politics, is called «New political Economy/Economics», and a few outrageous examples of the systematics at work can be found in Gregory Palast's «The best Democracy Money can buy» and similar non-fictional books about the economical and political events during the last five decades.
