I have been messing around with overclocking my p4. I have just changed the speed from 133mhz to 155 and that increased my processor from 2.25 to 2.81. I didn't mess with any voltages. So far, the system seems stable.
Any suggestions or tips?

Your CPU is quite old so I can't quite remember all the details. But from my memory P4 can support up to 200mhz FSB, so you should be fine increasing it further providing you lock your other frequencies such as PCI-E frequencies.
Is there any risk involved if I try to overclock my CPU? It's a AMD Athlon 5200+ Dual Core 2.7 GHz .
Any ideas?
Nothing is totally risk-free, but the risk should be minimal if you don't change the CPU voltage (vcore), the worse that can happen is you will have to reset your CMOS to restore factory setting.
So where can I find a good tutorial for CPU overclocking, because I've found some but I don't trust them, because there are too many programs to download and others.I want somebody to recommend me a tutorial , please :) Thanks in advance.

Go to Overclockers: The Performance Computing Community their forum is totally dedicated to overclocking and you will find plenty of resources there.
Is it still possible to overclock if your CPU is locked? I assume increasing the Front Side Bus will work? But if you increase the FSB your increasing everything connected to the chipset right?
Which CPU are you using? If you are talking about the new Sandy Bridge CPU, then a locked CPU means exactly that, you won't be able to overclock the CPU by more than a few percent. Otherwise locked simply means the multiplier is locked, but that wouldn't matter because you overclock via your FSB.
The most important thing when overclocking is watching out for the temp of CPU.
So download coretemp or realtemp
