    Default External Storage Advice

I've been trying to expand my storage and looking to optimize price and reliability... Came across this and wanted to get some of your thoughts on it. Is this a good deal / setup?

Welll, you should definitely not have any overheating problems ;-) Personally, however, I don't like the open concept design as you will still get dust on your HDDs. Furthermore, depending on the HDDs you go for, this solution might be quite loud.

I would say that this rack should work for your purposes.

Thanks for your inputs. Probably not gonna go for it, though. This thing is really convenient if you already have a server or at least a computer with esata connection. Otherwise, all the little pieces you have to get for it make it way less appealing.

Use SeaGate HardDisks for huge requirements. But I would really prefer buying a 64GB pen drive as it's handy. Also use Inbox.com for online storage. Nice accessible 5GB free they provide.
