What are some good programs to track bandwidth usage?

your ISP doesnt do it?

mine does but i like to have one that is always ready for me rather than having to login lol, but i am trying to aim for one that is more user/pc specific rather than the entire network usage

I used Netmeter and it is something I would recommend

I thought Windows XP Professional could log internet usage without any additional software....
You can do that on most OSs without software I believe, although software sometimes does a better job.
