I use AVG Free edition and Win Xp firewall for a long time, and I have never had any problems.

    Linux FTW :D

I don't use anything, however, while I was a Windows user, I had Kaspersky installed.

Nod32 is enough for me,most viruses or adwares that infect my pc are completely my fault,as i take the risk to surf or download something.Even the best firewall cant protect you from stupidity i guess :P

Avira. No firewall, I know how that all works, I used to code that stuff in my early teen years, and I know how to purge Trojans off my network.

I use AVG [the latest paid edition] & MalwareBytes.

I wish I could say that this combo has kept me virus-free, but the opposite is true.
