But I think your $100 is not enough for 2 ssd's. Or I could be wrong? Have the price gone down significantly? Here in my country there's still only one model, an intel without trim, and still very pricy.....
I will need to tripple my budget, but i think it will be worth it :P
what do you think about these SSD's :
    Corsair 60GB Force SSD 2.5" SATA-II Read.. | Ebuyer.com
    OCZ 60GB Vertex 2E SSD 2.5" SATA-II Read.. | Ebuyer.com
which one is better in you're opinion??

Based on one of the comments:
Sandforce controller delivers unseen performance in comparison to Indilinx and JMicron. This drive is on a par with OCZ Vertex 2E. Would recommend to anyone as it will speed up all your applications dramatically.
I think they have the same internals (same SandForce controller and MLC NAND flash). They both also have 3 yrs warranty. The brand... They are equally established brands of RAM and PSU and lately of SSD's. And they have the same price. Any of them would do. Just remember to have two identical brands when you use them in raid 1 just to be sure. And make sure to set your drive to AHCI in the BIOS. And use Windows 7 or a linux distro with 4K support.

One of those is already fast. Putting 2 would be a killer!!!
