    Are there many uses or applications for the touch screen? Of is it sort of a 'gimmick'?

    u can use tuch screen normaly like on iphone, its pretty cool and handy ;)

    i also have HP pavillion, but i gotta say, HP is not durable.. you shuld had gone for Dell or SONY (if u dont mind spending alit more)

    all good but processor to slow as compare to other specs.. get atleast 2.4 D2C or 2.0 i3,i5
    than u will have a excellent system than can go on for 4 yrs with np
