Thread: Desktop or Laptop

hi all m going to buy a new computer and i am confused that which is more better Laptop or desktop can any one suggest me plz or what type of it...plz

Are you traveling / moving around a lot, or do you need your PC to be near you anytime? If the answer is yes, then you should buy a laptop. Top hardware laptops are expensive though (especially games laptops)

If mobility is not an issue, then you can stick with a desktop PC. It's also easier to expand it in the future.

All depends on what you need. What are you requirements?

I will prefer Desktop because it is more comfortable than laptop specially for gaming and for downloading and uploading

If you buy a laptop you can use it and the one you current have. One for tracker searching the other for whatever you want.

Get a laptop.....it's much better.........

Desktop imo, simply because its easy to upgrade, and more power for the price. But if you ever wanna move it its a pain with all the wires and such.

Desktop = Powerhouse
Laptop = Mobility

Alright, if you are a power user, meaning that you work in graphics or video then I'd go with the desktop. I used to have a desktop but now I have a laptop where I do all of my design/programming work and let me tell you. It sucks! So if you're just in the market for a machine that'll help you surf the web, make Word documents, or watch media online, then I'd go with the laptop!
